You may return items (except the ones indicated below) "NOT OPENED" and NOT DAMAGED  within 15 days from date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Liquids, Food Mills, Buckets, Connectors, Coffee, Clay, Herbs, Pollen are NOT returnable at all. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.
 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE AT ALL. Orders mailed outside the U.S.A. are NOT returnable or refundable.
